DOOH a (lonely) bright spot in the 2009 media outlook.

Yesterday, Katy Bachman at mediaweek.com predicted an optimistic year for DOOH in her 2009 out-of-home media overview. While out-of-home generally will be flat or up one or two percent (no mean feat in a year where traditional media is looking at double digit decreases - I’m glad I’m not working for a newspaper), DOOH is predicted by Patrick Quinn of PQ Media to be up 9.1%.
Check out the article - it’s nice to hear someone in the business media optimistic about anything! Also a nice comment at the end about the role of aggregators (although in future I think that all aggregators should be listed alphabetically).
